Mold-Masters Expands into South Africa with Ambitious Plans for Growth

Mold-Masters has signed an agreement with SES CC, a South African distribution agency.

According to the hot runner technology supplier, the mutual strategy is to serve the growing local customer base with a dedicated sales and service office, offering the full range of Mold-Masters’ melt delivery, process controls, products and services.

SES CC has been the sole representative for Milacron and Ferromatik Milacron machinery in South Africa for many years. The Mold-Masters project management is lead by Anton Nel. According to the company, his local team has ambitious plans to grow the business in South Africa year by year. In addition, the Mold-Masters agency is supported by an enlarged sales and service support roadmap that covers all of South Africa. As part of the Milacron principles, the company is said to offer 24-hour phone support.

Effective immediately, Mold-Masters is now offering the complete range of hot runner and temperature control technology in South Africa, including their world-famous Master-Series and TempMaster-Series brands, the supplier said. It added that with the Sprint systems for high cavity closure applications and further products categories, the company also offers solutions across all market segments including packaging, medical, automotive, white goods as well as technical applications.

The MPET preform technology is also included in the new portfolio, Mold-Masters said. This fully dedicated PET product series adds new tools and refurbishing offerings and includes the patented iCool and iFlow technologies.
